Excellent Value Own Brand Cartridges

I originally ordered HP cartridges online. I then received a call from a very friendly and helpful agent who explained that HP had recently reduced the volume of ink and that the own brand was fully guaranteed , including the printer. I was very impressed that the saving was credited back to my account and an email to back up everythin that was said. Excellent service.
