The HP Photosmart 6520 is a medium-level home photo printer designed to print an average of 400 to 500 pages per month.

It provides lab-quality photo printing and can print high resolution, full colour photos at a rate of 8.5 pages per minute.

For monochrome prints, the HP 6520 averages about 12 pages per minute. It can print borderless images up to 216 x 297mm. The device also includes auto duplexing to allow users to save money by printing on both sides of the page.

The scanner on the HP 6520 scans at a maximum resolution of 1200dpi and the copy function can be used with or without an attached computer. Users can utilise the gesture-enabled touchscreen to reduce copies to 25 per cent of the original size or increase them to up 400 per cent. The screen allows tap and swipe commands, and the printer can be connected to the internet to allow users to quickly print templates like graph paper, calendars and more.

The built-in Wi-Fi allows users to print from tablets, smartphones and other wireless devices.
