We’re proud to share that Cartridge People has been named ‘Ecommerce Business of the Year 2025’ at the Cheshire Business Awards UK. This recognition celebrates over 20 years of customer-focused service, consistent growth, and our commitment to helpful innovation, from fast reordering tools to flexible return policies, all while delivering reliable service and competitive prices.
September 2025 also saw us win the Silver Award for ‘Best Ecommerce Customer Service’ at the eCommerce Awards! This success is down to the incredible efforts of everyone in the business. From our website team, to customer support, warehouse and delivery, every department plays a vital role in delivering the excellent service our customers value.
2024
It was an honour for Cartridge People to be recognised for our outstanding online retail services and customer satisfaction, resulting in us being awarded ‘Ecommerce Business of the Year’ at the regional Cheshire Business Awards UK.
2023
Cartridge People is very pleased to announce that we have won the ‘Customer Commitment B2B’ award at the UK Customer Satisfaction Awards, the UK’s most prestigious customer service award, run by the professional body for customer service (The Institute of Customer Service). This award was given to us for having a well communicated customer commitment operating in the business-to-business environment. Judges looked for evidence of the execution of a customer-oriented culture hat demonstrated a consistent commitment to customer service excellence.
2022
In 2022, Cartridge People won ‘B2B ECommerce Website Of The Year’ at the 2022 UK Digital Growth Awards! The Judges remarked…
“We thought this was a great entry with lots of detail and excellent results driven through the implementation of well thought out tactics. We thought the way Cartridge People merged B2B with influencer B2C tactics was fantastic. The large amount of onsite improvements in a short time frame all improving the onsite customer experience and translating to increased sales was impressive!”
2021
In 2021, Cartridge People was awarded ‘Outstanding Customer Experience’ (B2B category) at the Direct Commerce Awards 2021. When accepting the award, Marketing Manager Louise Laurie said:
“I just want to say thank you on behalf of all the team at Cartridge People. This award means a lot to us and is a reflection of all our hard work over the last 12 months and also our growth as a business as well, so we’re very proud of the whole team so thank you very much.”
2020
In 2020, we won ‘Best Electrical Ecommerce’ and ‘Electrical Appliances and Electronics Ecommerce Website of the Year’.
Magician Ben Hanlin announced the winners of the Ecommerce Awards 2020 in a virtual ceremony where we scooped the ‘Best Electrical Ecommerce’ award. Cartridge People was also a finalist for ‘Best Ecommerce In Lockdown’ and narrowly missed out in a category competing with the likes of AO.com, Iceland and O2.
John Flanagan, Cartridge People Managing Director commented at the time:
“To have won this award in a year that’s presented so many challenges is testament to the dedication, professionalism and expertise of the team that we have here at Cartridge People. Despite not being able to attend an event to celebrate properly, it was a proud moment hearing us crowned the winner of Best Electrical Ecommerce and also seeing us listed as finalist in the Best Ecommerce In Lockdown category.”
In 2020, at the Northern eCommerce Awards, which was again a virtual event, we were delighted to have our hard work and expertise rewarded by coming out on top in the ‘Electrical Appliances and Electronics Ecommerce Website Of The Year’ category.
In 2020, Cartridge People responded to the demand for home office printing supplies in the wake of the coronavirus pandemic by expanding its range of printers and stationery alongside printer consumables. This saw Cartridge People emerge as the supplier of choice for many homes and businesses across the UK, whether they were looking for products that would allow them to work from home or seeking to better manage their print costs when returning to the office.
