Great Service, Product Competitively priced

This is the 2nd time I have used Cartridge People. Their web site is very user-friendly and product competitively priced. I placed my order online on a Sunday and it arrived by courier on the following Tuesday. Impressive service. Only one negative comment... I ordered a genuine Hewlett Packard brand as this ensures it's compatible with my printer. The Cartridge People contacted me by phone and email and suggested I change my order for their own brand as it was cheaper. I told them I didn't want their brand I definitely wanted the HP brand. They were quite insistent but I declined to change my order. I knew what I wanted.

Genuine cartridge

The genuine cartridge is always more expensive but I feel the price I paid was reasonable. Delivery was excellent
