Possessing the type of mobile printing functionality that will impress home office users, the HP OfficeJet 4630 is an all-in-one that can work quickly and consistently.

Being able to fax as well as print, scan and copy, this machine is well suited to a home office requiring a device that can be accessed on-the-go. A 5cm monochrome display helps usability and the design of the 4630 is neat enough so that it won’t take up too much room.

At first glance, a 100-sheet paper capacity may feel like it’s on the low side but when you consider this machine has a 35-page automatic document feeder and auto duplexing capabilities; it’s easy to overlook the paper handling.

Other disadvantages for those opting to use this as their home office printer include a lack of Ethernet port or memory card reader.

Despite those missing features, the 4630 is a sensible solution for those looking for a machine that can provide good quality photo and document printing and scanning just by using a smartphone or tablet.
