Great product

Cartridge People kindly contacted me to query my order for genuine Canon ink. A few years previously I had tried non-genuine ink and the printer didn’t recognise it. It was from another company. I was reassured that there wouldn’t be a problem and also was sent a guarantee. Pleased to say the printer worked fine.

Doubts Dispelled

After decades of ink cartridge disasters, I only buy original,manufacturer products. I found the Cartridge People the cheapest supplier for my current printer and ordered the genuine article. Within seconds Scott rang me and offered me their own brand cartridges at a competitive price - usually more expensive than Canon due to being higher capacity. I was wary because of previous catastrophes and false economies, but Scott immediately sent me a guarantee in case of problems with my printer, and I accepted. I was blown away: next-day delivery, free of charge, and the cartridges are indistinguishable from genuine - my printer didn’t even notice the difference. Because I print so little, I will probably never find out how good they are in the long term - my cartridges usually dry up long before they are empty - but would have no qualms in recommending these to anyone who still prints at home.
