compatible ink cartridges

I received a phone call from your office a year or more ago suggesting that I purchase compatible cartridges instead of Epson ones. I was a little doubtful but you assured me that you guaranteed their quality so I have been using them ever since. The only difference I notice is that your compatible cartridges are always much cheaper which is fine with me!
