Once I had worked out how to fit the cartridge with the help of the excellent customer support team, the performance has been excellent. My only criticism would be the lack of instructions on how to fit the cartridge, similar to those printed on the Brother cartridge box, that I had stupidly discarded just the day before. Should have thought that it would be a simple and obvious thing to provide installation instructions.
