Inkjet cartridge substitute

I cannot tell this product from the genuine manufacturer's. I ran a blank sheet of paper through the printer to absorb the excess ink that was on the face of the cartridge and then a print-head cleaning routine on the printer setup. All was well then. If prices from printer manufacturers are going to increase to exorbitant levels, then I shall be obliged to resort to substitutes. However, if they are equal in quality to the 'real' ones, then I shall make a substantial saving.
