Has anyone had problems

I have printed onto glossy card and found that the ink is wiping off, has anyone else had this problem or am I missing something from my settings?
- The inks are dye-based and will not adhere to glossy paper very well. You will need to use specially coated paper if you wish to print using a dye-based ink cartridge

Is your Epson 202XL compatible smudge proof as with the original kiwi cartridge?

Epson 202 compatibility
- Our own brand ink is smudge proof when printing on different media types.
  
  For photographs it may take a minute or two longer to dry on photo paper. If the photo gets wet then the ink will run as it is water dye based ink rather than pigmnent dye based inks for the original cartridges.

What is the deference between excel print head cleaning product which appear to be the same but are different prices

PRINT HEAD CLEANER CARTRIDGE
- If I understand your query correctly, the above ink cartridges contain ink as normal, but the cleaning cartridges don't, they are to help keep the printhead clean and contain cleaning fluid

- The above cleaning cartridges are all different and are to be used in the relevant colour's slot, i.e. Black, Photo Black, Cyan, Magenta and Yellow. They shouldn't be used in a different slot

Better than expected

Placed an order for the manufacturers brand ink for the first time with Cartridge people because it was the cheapest I could find. About 5 or 10 minutes later I received a phone call from them. The lady who called was very nice and polite. After thanking me for placing my order, she then went on to explain how it would save me money if I ordered their branded ink and I would also get more ink for less money. I told her about my concerns with non-manufacturer brand inks and that I'd read reviews on other sites with people complaining about the inks they bought not being accepted or having issues trying to get them working with their printers. The lady gave me her assurances and guaranteed their own brand inks would work with no problems and offered to refund the difference in costs if I wanted to swap my order to their brand instead. I decided to swap the order and give their ink a go, thinking to myself that if I get any problems I'll never use them again. They dispatched my order and I received it the next day so it was a fast service which didn't actually cost me anything extra. Anyway, I replaced the empty cartridges with theirs, still expecting there to be problems, and to my absolute dismay, there wasn't any. They worked just fine and I couldn't even tell if there was much of a difference in print quality between their ink and the printer manufacturers ink. To sum it up, I would definitely buy their brand again and would also highly recommend them for the quality of their customer service.
