can I use your compatible cartridges in my epson 6005 with no problems

in the past I have had problems with using compatible cartridges - the printer did not recognise the cartridges

If I buy your product C13T02G74010-High-Capacity-Cartridge-People-Replacement-5-Ink-Cartridge-Pack-17940 and the printer does not recognise them and then it will not accept the originals if subsequently purchased what will you do for recompense for a damaged printer?
