Recycling unbranded toners - how?

I have read your policy and have always re-cycled branded Samsung, no problem. This last year I purchased the unbranded and firstly they haven't lasted as long but also when I look at re-cycling they are not taken by the emptyplease scheme you quote. Can you advise where I can send these for re-cycling or do I put in normal waste?
Company and service excellent and quality of the print of the but thinking I may revert to the original brand even though more expensive. Please help.

Compatible Cartridge not so compatible

The black cartridge stops my printer from working - It is a Samsung Xpress C410W. I have turned on and off as suggested by the leaflet inside but still no joy . I have turned the printer on and off probabl;y 100+ times. My printer is now of no use !

Compatible toners

I was a bit nervous about replacing the OEM toners with compatible ones. I had heard stories where customers were assured that everything would be alright, except it wasn't. Happily, the customer services person answered my queries and I felt confident to proceed with an order. Everything worked fine and the printer is now back in action and delivering a quality just as good as the OEM toners at a lost less cost.

Great product - great Company

I was unsure if the "compatible" cartridges would work after the ones I had bought with my machine had stopped working after an updated. I opted to buy the genuine Samsung ones, this was about £114.00. I received a call once my order was placed and was asked why I had bought the Samsung ones. I explained and was assured their own cartridges would work. I was walked through the satisfaction guarantee and decided to change over. I was given a refund for the difference. fast forward a couple of days...new ink arrived, clicked into place and all is good! thank you for the saving and advice. I will be using you again!
