Poorly Packaged Second Hand Toners
We ordered these toners, only to find that the toners turned up in brown plain boxes, with the toners bubble wrapped inside. There were no protective seals to stop the toners from leaking. They look as though they are used toners which have been repackaged by Cartridge people! ...As a result of no seals or protection on the toners they have leaked everywhere so we cannot undo the bubblewrap without getting covered in cyan toner!
When raised as an issue with Cartridge people they didn't even respond! I know we are buying their own brand, but we do atleast expect them to be new sealed packages!
