Own Brand Lexmark C332HK0 Black High Capacity Toner Cartridge (Cartridge People)

My printer kept telling me that despite fitting a new cartridge the tray was low. I phoned your contact number and a very helpful man talked me through how to deal with this . He was very patient with me as I'm an OAP and not very clever with anything technical. thank you.

Was apprehensive about the 'own brand' version, but didn't need to worry. Have had problems with the Lexmark original so took a chance. To my surprise, turn out it performs better and much cheaper. Super fast delivery too. Own Brand all the way from now on. Thank you Cartridge People.

I was a bit skeptical expecting that I would have to exchange the chip with one of a Lexmark original cartridges to make it work. I did not have to do this to get to print impecable prints straight away. But it might be that with the compatable chip the printer will not be able to give an accurate alert when the toner is low or empty. So, this is why I've only given 4 stars to performance and value of the product rating criterias. Using it the first time not having made that many prints yet the given ratings for these two is still a bit questionable. However, I am so grateful that these cartridges are now also available for a much more affordable price. A big thank you to Cartridge People to go thru the trouble to make this product available on the market.

Arrived with ink powder leaking everywhere, likely because it was shipped in nothing more than a plastic bag in a box. The print quality is also very poor, the “black” prints as a dark grey with weak definition. Shockingly, the text can even be rubbed away with a standard eraser. Overall, the small saving compared to OEM toner simply isn’t worth the mess or the poor performance.
