HP 149x Printer Cartridge (Own Brand)

I purchased this cartridge due to the volume of printing I have had to do these past few years. This cartridge will print 9,000 pages for the price of a HP149A which only gives a yield of 2,900. This is my first time purchasing an "Own Brand." I highly recommend it.

Poor quality, best to buy original HP

I ordered 1 x HP 149X Black High Capacity Toner Cartridge - W1490X (Original) then received a call offering 2 x own brand toners for only £8 more. Having been assured they were identical and would definitely work, I ordered them. I've returned from annual leave to complaints as the printer was out of action for several days. Our IT dept put the fault down to the toners, so we had to buy an original HP cartridge after all.

Cartirdge was broken upon arrival

As soon as I opened the bag containing the toner cartrdige a spring fell out and part of the cartridge was hanging off
