Valid original cartridge

It's difficult to review a toner cartridge, but it looks good and presumably works. It's waiting until the old one runs out! As to the service, that was excellent arrived within 48 hours even though it was in the period between Xmas and New Year.

No fault of Cartridge People, but will not buy an HP printer again!

No fault of Cartridge People at all - they supplied the cartridges ordered very quickly (as always when I've used them for other printers in the past), can't fault their service. However despite these being genuine HP cartridges at steep HP own prices - my HP printer will not accept them saying they are not genuine HP. Having looked this up online, it appears there have been several software updates by HP to prevent people using non genuine cartridges - the printer is therefore misreading these as non-genuine. Whilst it seems some people have been able to uninstall the updates, thereby bypassing the HP block, in our home office we don't have the skills for this. My degree level computer geek son was also unable to uninstall the software previously - the printer does not respond and simply locks itself. We have spent a small fortune on these unusable cartridges, thanks to HP - we will be binning the printer and will never buy HP again. It's cheaper to buy a new printer. (I see they are subject to a class action in the US for precisely this issue)
