Awaiting a customer call back??

You mentioned that you were going to call me back as the cartridges you sold me were the wrong ones. I am expecting a call back o arrange the return of the cartriges and a refund, or replacement with the proper HP cartridges.

Wrong product

I ordered a genuine HP product. You changed it to two own brand equivalents but they don’t fit the printer. I will now have to return them.
