Apprehensive purchase - but.....

I was nervous about buying a in branded cartridge before, and from a supplier I hadn't used before. Also - the price compared to other retailers was significantly less. Well - with the money back guarantee they offered (I think) it was worth a punt. Delivered the next day and easy to install - then my HP informed me I wasn't using a genuine product!!! After a couple of seconds (if that) the message left the screen on its own, calibrated, and job done! Print quality is excellent and no different from the cartridges that came with the printer. Bought all 3 colours needed and saved a bomb. Would not hesitate to buy these again. In fact - if I had the cash, I'd buy a couple of each for when they need replacing in case the price went up. Very happy indeed.
