So far so good.

Simple to install. Printer recognised it immediately. Print quality fine. Only been used for handful of sheets so too early to tell more.

So far seems to be printing clearly. The staff member I spoke to was very knowledgeable and luckily did not try and push me into buying their own product, as this would have put me off. He just gave me the facts, costs, savings etc so I could make my own decision, which appears to be the right one this time as ink/toner seems to be working well so far, but have not done too much printing yet.

Great product, great value, great service

I purchased a black ink toner cartridge for my Brother laserwriter printer and the Cartridge People ink toner cartridge was very easy to install, performs just as well as the (dearer) Brother-branded cartridge, and the whole purchase experience from Cartridge People was excellent from start to finish, with good communication and speedy, punctual delivery. Great Service

Have used Cartridge Prople in the pass and they never disappoint. The cartridge arrived when expected and I was able to return the old one for recycling at no cost. Great service all round.

Helpful staff got me a much better deal than the one I chose

I originally ordered the branded product as have wasted money on generic versions that didn’t work. Almost as soon as I had completed the order my phone rang and a very nice lady was calling about the order. She gave me good reasons why I might want to change my mind, so I did just that. Happy to report that the generic product worked just as well as the branded version saving ££££s. Who could ask for more? Happy customer.
