Excellent Customer Service from Cartridge People But Product Delivered Elsewhere

Cartridge People were very helpful on the phone before and after the purchase, assisting with which product and how to install. However, using Evri to courier it means it will inevitably be delivered to someone else 9 times out of 10 without knowing who!

Very good

After having some other compatible cartridges from Amazon fail miserably (powdery poor smudgy prints). I was nervous to order non name inks again but these are great and even though still pricey I hope they last a long time and prove to be money well spent.

Best purchase yet

Ordered brother oem cartridge set and got a call to ask why not purchase cartridge people equivalent? Said i had bought other companies equivalents before and results not good or even the cartridges didn't work!. Was sent quarantee info and reviewed. I changed my order and saved a lot of money...quickly refunded as well. End result....a happy printer and very happy customer. Many thanks
