Works as expected.. Double check the cartridge is intact as if the pegs have broken (a couple had in transit) the printer will reject them. Cartridge People promptly sent replacements.

I was convinced by one of your sales reps to try your own-brand labels instead of sticking with the original Brother ones I’ve used for years. That turned out to be a complete mistake. The labels I received were absolutely terrible. There were 6 rolls — not a single one worked properly. Some had broken plastic parts, so my printer couldn’t even recognise them. The ones that weren’t physically damaged still had to be forced into the printer, and even then they didn’t work. I’ve been printing labels for 5 years and I’ve never seen such poor quality. I made the purchase on the 14th. Since then, I’ve been dragged through a ridiculous back-and-forth — around 20 emails — being asked for photos, wasting my time, then having to package everything, print labels, and go to the post office to return faulty goods that should never have been sent out in the first place. It’s now the 29th — 15 days later — and I still haven’t received my refund. At this point, it feels like you’re hoping I’ll just forget about it. This has been a completely unacceptable experience from start to finish.

I was advised to buy these labels rather than the Brother ones that I had ordered and after having been assured that they were as good, if not better I agreed to switch to them. I wish I hadn't as my printer will not print with them in, I get an error message saying incompatible product. Not much good when I have parcels to go out to customers and need to print labels to go on them.
