i cannot fault the quality of 5 starbrand envelopes but i am somewhat disappointed that the envelopes arrive in a standard manilla cardboard box -in transit- and with no outer plastic shrinkwrap or in a plastic outer bag over the box. on the web photos 5 star brand items look to be in a red and black glossy card box- hence this is what i expected the envelopes inside and even then those in an outer box. today was absolutely pouring with rain and boxes wet with rainwater that had blown into the porch where the boxes were left and envelopes some had got wet through the card box- i am amazed these are delivered not even with shrink wrap over the boxes. surely they should be in an innermost box and then a waterproo outer be it a bag or secondary box
