Tools Needed:

Flat-tip screwdriver

Step-by-Step Guide:


Secure the Scanner Unit:

Use a flat-tip screwdriver to lock the scanner unit in place before lifting the printer.



Remove the Paper Tray:

Pull out the paper tray completely.



Replace the Pickup Roller:

Locate the green lock inside the tray area.
Push it down to release the old pickup roller.
Remove the roller and install the new one with the notch facing up.



Replace the Separation Pad:

Use the screwdriver to gently pry out the old separation pad from the paper tray.
Insert the new separation pad.
Push it upward and ensure it is aligned correctly.



Reassemble:

Reinsert the paper tray.
Lower the scanner unit back into place.
