3 Year Printer Warranty

Terms and Conditions

Cartridge People's "Cartridge People Printer Warranty" products are subject to the following Terms and Conditions:

This warranty is only available on printers purchased from cartridgepeople.com.

The start date for the warranty is the day after the purchase date of the printer.

The warranty shall run for a fixed duration of 3 years (1095 days) from the above start date.

The Warranty will cover:

• Printer faults that occur through normal use providing the printer has been installed and operated in line with the manufacturer’s specifications.

The Warranty will not cover:

• Replacement of consumable items such as Cartridges, Printheads, Drums, Fusers, Transfer Belts, Batteries, etc.
• Accidental damage or damage resulting from neglect.
• Paper Jams.
• General connectivity issues.
• Cosmetic damage not affecting the operation or safety of the printer.
• Damage caused by cartridges other than OEM or Cartridge People Own Brand.

In the first instance, we will always offer technical support via telephone to try and address any issues. If the issues cannot be resolved, we shall issue you with a replacement printer.

Should it be you require a replacement printer, Cartridge People will provide an exact replacement, or printer with equivalent specifications and life cycle. Cartridge People reserves the right to issue a replacement machine from a different manufacturer. The replacement printer may be a fully refurbished model.

The warranty shall cover a single replacement of the printer it was bought with. 14 days after a replacement printer has been issued, the warranty will be satisfied and ended.

If a satisfactory equivalent cannot be sourced, Cartridge People reserves the right to offer a refund equal to the value of the printer.

These Terms do not prohibit in any way your right to exercise any applicable statutory rights

The warranty is only available to UK residents and to individuals aged 18 or over.

The warranty is not open to any resellers or commercial printing businesses, only to end-users.

We will arrange for the collection of the faulty printer. The returned printer must come with all its original accessories and be packaged in a manner that will help avoid damage during transit.
