Excellent quality

I thought with a drum unit it might be best to go for an OEM product and am delighted I did. Worked perfectly after installation and print quality back to pristine. Very competitive price and quick delivery from Cartridge People.

OKI 44968301 Drum Unit (Original)

I was beginning to get very pale colours from my OKI C531dn colour laser printer. Initially I thought this was the toner cartridges (which were getting low) but having replaced them with a new genuine set the print quality did not improve. Taking note of the other reviews on this page I ordered a new drum unit, and wow the difference is like night and day. The printer now produces perfect prints just like it did when it was brand new. Very glad I did this rather than buying a new printer!

Drum Replacement

I was having problems with print colours and naturally thought it was the inks. Cartridge People (George M) sent me invaluable info how to use the printer menu and also test sheets. They even sent me a new set of inks FOC and this did not solve the problem. Therefore it had to be the drum. I bought a new one and hey presto, all good.

Like new

The printer was producing lines down the sheet fitted the unit in minutes and is now perfect. Even second hand replacement would have cost more than double.

Does what it should

The printer produced very pale prints with numerous even paler streaks along the length of the page. The supplied OKI drum unit cured the problems. Cartridgepeople engineers were also very patient and kind after I made a mistake fitting the new drum unit.

BRILLIANT PRODUCT!

The Oki drum unit that I purchased brought my printer running like it was when I purchased the printer new. The cost of the unit was advertised at a very competitive price too, delivery was very quick meaning the loss of my printer was kept to only a few days. Thank you for the Excellent Service Provided!
