Rotten expensive printer

When I received the printer I set it up and started a print run and immediately found Striations and banding on the prints so after many cartridge head cleanouts and head realignments the fault is now there so it is going to talk to cartridge people tomorrow and hopefully get somewhere. It is not as if I want to complain but it is a very expensive printer and right out of the box it has a major fault and no wonder I'm in a rotten mood.
