    Worked OK after Teething Issues at Installation

    Good Value. Installation teething difficulties. My pcs no longer have disk player.Recommend cable be provided as standard for plug in between printer and laptop. The installation process is quite involved. Unlike later cartridge holders I was unclear which was the cartridge lockin position. Cartridges cost me £65 for two. Why do we have to have both colour and B&W?

    Arrived quickly.

    I ordered the new printer and within 24 hours there was a knock at my door and the delivery man was asking for a signature to collect my new printer. Excellent service.

    very happy

    Fed up with a wireless printer not working so went for one with a usb connection.Plugged it in and it works!Great for my very modest printing requirements and at an amazing price.

    Shame about delay

    Basic printer perfectly good for normal home/domestic use. Easy to set up Would recommend Really disappointed on delay in dispatch due to the fact that the company phoned me to see if I wanted ink before sending. Extremely annoyed re delay!!! I had ticked the box that said NO. INK. Little point in having that if company go for hard sell and phone you
