We purchased a sets of ink in September, and for over a month now our printer has been reporting low ink levels. As soon as the cartridges were installed, the printer flagged them as non-genuine. Initially, I assumed this might just be a compatibility issue, but the fact that the ink levels are already showing as low—despite being installed only a short time ago—indicates a serious problem with the quality of your ink. Based on normal usage, all cartridges should at least be at a similar level to the magenta one, yet several are showing as empty. We have two printers on site, so our printing is distributed and not heavily concentrated on one device. This makes the rapid depletion even more concerning. These cartridges are not inexpensive, and this issue has now occurred with both of our printers—each time the ink is flagged as non-genuine and depletes unusually quickly. Given this repeated experience, we will not be purchasing ink from your site again!
