Bought Cartridge People own brand black ink cartridge for my Epson printer. Just as good as one from Epson but much cheaper, even allowing for delivery cost.

Excellent product Support

We don't do much printing so it's a long time since I needed a new cartridge. I'm wary of 3rd party ink products having been disappointed in the past. However, the quality of the print has been really 1st class and moreover, when I encountered a problem with the printer, I phoned the Cartridge People helpline and was quickly connected to a to a knowledgeable person who guided me through the issue (nothing to do with the ink. Just my not understanding the installation procedure) So now I'm well impressed with the cartridges and the company.

I have used own brand cartidges before and the printer has usually queried them, and even refused them. In this case the cartridge performs beautifully and the printer has raised no queries or objections. Great value.

Great service

This is the first time, for many years that I have bought a generic ink cartridge. I always had problems with others with compatibility issues. Well no more! Great service and great product. I will be sure to order again soon because my Cyan is running low.
