I have read your order and can see that when you contacted us your printer was with the repair centre.
We asked for the report, asked for some more information about your printer and paid for the cost of the engineer.
The notes on the order show that you were very happy with our service so I am really sorry that this wasn't the case.
Our return rate on our items is less than 1% which is the same as Canon originals, it is very unfortunate that the goods have leaked, this is a very rare occurrence.
