EXCEPTIONAL CUSTOMER SERVICE

Without wishing to ramble, I feel i must break with tradition and write to praise the staff at Cartridge People, especially Marianne, who assisted me greatly. I had an HP Tango X printer and I ordered 6 cartridges (own brand), I put in two new cartridges and neither worked so CP allowed me to return the 4 unused ones for a refund, as well as that they refunded me for the two opened ones. I think the fault lay with the printer not with the cartridges, so i have purchased a new Canon printer, and guess what, I got my Cartridges from Cartridge People. In this automated age it has been so refreshing speaking to people, not just any people but really Customer Focused people. So anyone reading this, give Cartridge People a go, great service and pretty good prices.
