Badly packaged

Having gthey arrivedoogled 'Brother LC985' I expected to receive a plastic container with the individial cartridged in sealed packets. Instead they arrived in very bent cardboard boxes, within a jiffy bag Will try to track down the original supplier. who was, presumably Brother themselves?
