wrong item

every time i tried to order a toner cartridge, the mouse pointer would move to another product. this happened 4 times. Eventually i gave in and ordered the other product. After all, the mouse knows best! Since I fitted the new but wrong item a return was not allowed. Once bitten twice shy - no more business from me.
