Perfect - Exactly as expected

I went for what was defined as a genuine HP product, which meant it was twice the price of after market alternatives. The item came in perfect condition and was easy to change over (Make sure you don't tip the toner overflow tank).

Original HP product, very easy to fit and printer back up and running in less than 10 minutes.. Great customer service delivered exactly as promised next day before 10:30..

Easy to fit

I had no idea how to fit this unit but when it arrived the instructions were very clear and easy to understand. I had it fitted and running in 10 minutes. Absolutely made up with the service from Cartridge people and the quality of their spare parts.

Great Product

First time I had heard of this product, so a bit of research was needed2, having bought from Cartridge People before, I knew I was in safe hands, so I ordered, it came within 2 days, and was easy to fit. Worked straight away, so now I have my printer back.

High quality as expected

I ordered this replacement for a failing drum. I expected high quality and I satisfied I received it. Good value from Cartridge People (£30 less than Amazon) and arrived quicker than expected (<48h)
