wrong item sent

Item sent out by Cartridge People was not what i ordered, when i rang the initially refused my request for a refund. They then agreed, item posted back same day (two weeks ago) and refund not received as yet

I can see that you have been in contact with our Customer Services Team and we have accepted the return of the item although you ordered the incorrect item and the item had been opened.
We are still awaiting for the order to be received at our warehouse however, once this has been received we will then issue the refund.
