the cartridge is used and refused to work

I bought this item in good faith that it would fit in my printer and work without a problem I was wrong - It refused to accept the cartridge saying that is was used and not authorised to work.. No I will not be returning it and it cost me more money to get one that actually worked with my printer... I will never use your company again
