Great product but a sticky start

This own brand product offers great value for money, and quality and performance seem to be the same as the branded product. But it took some effort to get it to work! Followed the instructions and repeated them a few times - no success. Then had a very helpful conversation with Customer Service and we traced the problem to different print settings being required compared to previously. Now all is good - great customer service!

So much cheaper than HP original

The HP 21 compatible cartridge slotted straight into my (oldish) printer and worked immediately. Good quality ink.
