October Paper Shredder Prize Draw Terms and Conditions

Here are the terms and conditions for our October Paper Shredder Prize Draw. Running from Thursday, 1st October 2026 until midnight on Sunday, 1st November 2026 on our Facebook Page.

• Our prize draw is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by or associated with Facebook and Facebook holds no responsibility for its outcome. 
• By entering the prize draw, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions. All entries must be received by midnight on Sunday, 1^st November 2026. One winner will be selected at random using a random number generator on Monday, 2^nd November 2026 and the winner will be notified on or after this date. 
• There is no charge to enter the prize draw.
• Entrants must be aged 18 or over and live in the United Kingdom on the date of their entry. 
• Each entrant shall enter the prize draw via Facebook by commenting what their worst office nightmare is under the prize draw Facebook post. Comments replying to other comments will not be counted as valid entries.
• The prize will be awarded to one randomly selected valid entry. Following the closing date, all qualifying entries from the prize draw Facebook post will be exported into a spreadsheet and each entry will be assigned a unique number. A random number generator will then be used to select the winning entry. Before the prize is awarded, the selected winner will be checked to ensure that they have met all entry requirements set out in these terms and conditions. If the selected entry is found to be ineligible or does not meet the entry requirements, an alternative winner will be selected at random using the same process.

• Inappropriate comments (text or images) that display offensive or inappropriate imagery or text, may be removed and will be disqualified from the prize draw.
• Prizes are non-negotiable, non-transferable and non-refundable. No cash alternative is available.  
• The name, address, email address and phone number of the winner must be provided to us if requested to enable fulfilment of the prize.​ 
• In the event of unforeseen circumstances beyond Cartridge People’s reasonable control, we reserve the right to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the prize draw or these terms and conditions, either in whole or in part, with or without notice. 
• Our decision regarding the prize draw is final, subject to applicable law.
• The winner’s name and social media username may be posted on the Cartridge People social media profiles after the winner has been selected and confirmed as eligible.
• The winner of the giveaway will receive a Shredder bundle including a Q-Connect Strip Cut Shredder P-2 Black, Q-Connect Shredder Sharpening and Lubrication Sheet 220mm x 150mm (12 Pack) and Cartridge People A4 Extra White (168CIE) Copy Paper 80gsm 500 sheets – FSC Certified.
• No employee or relative of an employee of The Cartridge People Ltd, 123-3D UK, H2Ecommerce or Higham & Higham Ltd may enter this giveaway. 
• This prize draw is organised by The Cartridge People Ltd Unit 13 Orion Park, University Way, Crewe, CW1 6NG.
