Does it have to be a certain type of book?
Your favourite book is entirely up to you. It could be anything from a novel, cookbook, travel guide, tutorial book, sports, music etc. World Book Day is all about celebrating books and inspiring people to read, so there is no right or wrong answer.
Terms and Conditions:
- 1. This competition is being run as part of a prize draw. No purchase necessary.
- 2. There is only one prize available, which is an Amazon Fire 7 Tablet | 7” display, 16GB with Ads.
- 3. No cash alternative to the prize will be offered.
- 4. To enter the competition, you must follow Cartridge People on Instagram and comment on the competition post telling us what your favourite book is and share the post on your Instagram story.
- 5. The winner of the competition will be picked at random from all the eligible qualifying entrants. The winner is responsible for ensuring they are able to accept the prize as set out in accordance with these terms within 10 days of Instagram message. In the event that the prize isn’t claimed after 10 working days, Cartridge People reserves the right to redraw the prize from the remaining eligible entries. The decision will be final and no correspondence will be entered into with any individual who seeks to challenge the decision made.
- 6. The winner will be notified via Instagram message and will be asked to provide a postal address to send the prize to.
- 7. This competition is not open to employees of Cartridge People Ltd.
- 8. It is a condition of entry that Cartridge People Ltd reserves the right to publish the full name of the winner.
- 9. This competition is being run by Cartridge People Ltd, Unit 13 Orion Park, University Way, Crewe, CW1 6NG.
- 10. Cartridge People Ltd Ltd reserves the right to amend these rules at any time.
- 11. The survey will run from 01/03/2021 to 05/03/2021 inclusive. All entries must be received by midnight on the closing date in order to qualify. The winner will be announced on Monday, 8th March 2021.
- 12. Cartridge People Ltd shall not be responsible for any damage, loss or disappointment suffered by any individual taking part or not being able to take part in the competition.
- 13. Cartridge People Ltd will not be held liable for any failure to fulfil the prize where the failure is caused by something outside our reasonable control. Such circumstances shall include, but not be limited to, weather conditions, fire, flood, hurricane, strike, industrial dispute, war, hostilities, political unrest, riots, civil commotion, inevitable accidents, supervening legislation or any other circumstances amounting to majeure.
- 14. In all matters, the Directors of Cartridge People Ltd decisions are final and no correspondence will be entered into.
- 15. By entering this competition, an entrant is indicating his/ her agreement to be bound by these terms and conditions and entry is deemed as acceptance of these terms and conditions.
