We check our prices against competitors regularly and set our prices to match or beat them.

To make our prices completely unbeatable, we promise that if you find the same product cheaper within 14 days of ordering we will happily refund you the difference. (Terms and conditions apply*)

*Terms and Conditions

  1. Price comparisons must be like-for-like. This includes but is not limited to:
    • Millilitres of ink / page life must be the same.
    • OEM cartridges can only be compared with OEM cartridges.
    • Branded compatible cartridges (e.g. Jettec) can only be compared with branded compatible cartridges of the same brand.
    • Unbranded compatible cartridges can only be compared with unbranded compatible cartridges.
    • Boxed cartridges can only be compared with boxed cartridges.
    • Items must be new.
  2. All price comparisons must include delivery which should be the same or equivalent.
  3. In the event of a dispute over what constitutes a like-for-like price comparison, Cartridge People (Group) Limited. reserve the right to make a final decision.
  4. Cartridge People (Group) Limited undertakes to check all claims within 72 hours of receipt. Items must be in stock and available to order at the price from the reported web site when the price comparison is checked by Cartridge People (Group) Limited.
  5. Price promise applies to competitors based in the UK and Channel Islands only; Price must be visible on competitor web site at time of check. Marketplaces such as eBay / Amazon are excluded.
  6. Price promise only applies to products sold at everyday prices. It does not include promotions such as voucher codes, free offers, volume related discounts, negotiated pricing or buyer specific pricing.
  7. Competitor's compatible products used in price comparison must not infringe upon design patents.
  8. Where free products are obtained as a result of purchasing a bundle of items, the full basket of items must be comparable on the competitor's web site.
  9. All prices must include applicable taxes.
