Fellowes Powershred Fails
Good afternoon. I have had my Fellowes product for about 10 days and I am not happy with its performance. It's very fiddly to make it work due to (I think) poor design. I am going to try it for another few days and I have already contacted the Fellowes Customer Service Department for additional information. They recommended that I get back to you about it. I understand their solution and will try that, as well. If no luck I will be wanting to return it for a full refund.
