The HP OfficeJet Pro 9720e is a versatile printer with a range of functions, facilities and settings that help you to keep an office running optimally. Capable of printing on up to A3-sized paper, the 250-sheet input tray is large enough that you won't have to constantly refill it even when used regularly or for larger print jobs. With 1200 x 1200 dpi resolution and the ability to print borderless up to A3 size, this printer provides the versatility needed to produce impressive posters and standard text documents alike.

The 9720e prints up to 34ppm in both mono and colour and has a first-page print speed of just 12 seconds meaning you aren't kept waiting for important documents. It can also copy and scan for even greater versatility. These other functions are also quick as the copier produces up to 18cpm and the scanner can work through as many as 8 ipm, ensuring you get speedy results no matter the task.

The copier also has a range of useful features such as two-sided copying, crop and the capability to resize a copy to between 25% and 400% of its original size. Furthermore, the CIS scanner, which is capable of handling documents up to 216mm x 356mm in size, is capable of performing colour scans with a 1200 x 1200 dpi resolution, ensuring they are as true to life as possible.

The 9720e also offers a variety of connectivity options, with ethernet, USB, wireless and Wi-Fi Direct allowing you to connect in whatever way best suits your needs. It is also compatible with Windows, Mac and Linux operating systems and even offers mobile printing so you can print from a wide range of devices with ease.
