The Xerox Versalink C7120DN is a multifunction laser printer from Xerox that’s ideal for offices with high demands thanks in part to a recommended monthly print volume of up to 5,500 pages.

It offers up to 20ppm print speeds for A4 paper but also has the flexibility to print A3 documents at a rate of up to 11ppm. It has fast first-page print speeds of just 6.9 seconds and with automatic duplex printing it even helps you reduce how much time you have to spend refilling your printer. With a maximum 1,200 x 2,400 dpi print resolution you can also have confidence that your prints will have sharp text and blur-free graphics.

This impressive device offers USB and network connectivity along with mobile printing using NFC and apps such as Mopria and Apple Airprint. The C7120DN also has a 520 sheet input tray that’s big enough for larger work groups.

The VersaLink C7120DN also features scan and copy functions making it even more suited to bigger offices with a more diverse range of tasks. The included 130 DADF makes scanning or photocopying multi-page documents simple, while the 7-inch colour touchscreen display makes selecting functions and changing settings easy.
