Next day service at a competitive price

It's happened to all of us. Go to print something from your PC (usually urgent)and the printer won't. Then you find the screen tells you a cartridge has run out without prior warning and that Agenda wanted for tomorrow's meeting! Ours is a RICOH a company known in our offices as Ripp-off. Great machine cleverly designed but service? Forget it. Even our stationery supplier who buys several machines a year can't get that! So it's SOS to the Cartridgepeople. Intelligently designed site online, dial in the model and hey presto a set of cartridges at a competitive price and post free. Even better uses Mr Teslar's pay system so that ever-so-easy Paypal completes the purchase in seconds. Wow there they are on the post table the next morning! But wait, there's more drama. Mr Rip-off doesn't like and now tells us the waste toner cartridge is full! Phone the Cartridgepeople, immediate answer without BT's historic concert rendering--"model number please sir" yes we have an OE version in stock it'll be with you tomorrow, and it was, and it worked. Say no more!
