Works just as well as the original branded cartridge

I was a little apprehensive that the compatible wouldnt work as well as the originals, but I'm happy to report the print quality is fine. The printer warns that the cartridge is 'used' and therfore the toner level gauge doesn't work, but in all other aspects the print quality and alignment is fine. I've even recently upgraded the printer firmware, and no problems experienced. It's happily order these again.

Brilliant customer service

Previously had issues with equivalent toners and was planning on ordering OE discussed this with the lovely lady in customer service who assured me that the latest product overcame any previous issue… which it did

Disappointed

Since fitting this cartridge, spot marks have appeared on every page printed - even the cleaning routine doesn't get rid of it. I don't thin k it was worth it to save a bit of money - never had a problem with my printer before this.

Ran out after 30 pages, made a mess of the printer

I opened the cartridge and immediately got ink all over my fingers. As I fitted it into the machine, more ink leaked out onto the cartridge draw. However, the cartridge seemed to work ok, despite the messages from my printer saying the cartridge was very low. Having printed off 30 pages, the quality has reduced so much I now need another cartridge. Given that this is supposed to be a high capacity cartridge, I have to say, I expected more, even from an 'own brand', which is clearly just a refil of an old cartridge.
