Not compatible with my HP M426fdw Laser Jet Pro Printer

Although it says on the box that it is compatible with the above printer which is why I bought it, it certainly is not. It has caused a paper jam and even though I followed instructions and unjammed the paper my printer is now not working. It is much biger than the HP Printer cartirdge so clearly not intended for this model. I have now wasted nearly £100 on it and my have ruined my printer as well. Please can I have a refund?
