The Canon PIXMA G550 A4 Colour Inkjet Printer (Wireless) offers an excellent combination of speed and quality, ideal for a range of home and office printing tasks where detail is key. It offers speeds of up to 3.9ipm in both mono and colour, as well as manual duplex printing to reduce paper wastage. With a 100-sheet input tray, its design makes it great for tackling large print jobs.

This machine is capable of producing borderless photo-quality colour prints with a 4800 x 1200 dpi resolution and stunning colour thanks to its use of six dye-based inks. It also has USB and Wireless connectivity making it easy to integrate into your current set-up. Mobile printing is available with the Canon PRINT app and Apple AirPrint, and it even features a 2-line LCD screen to easily control your printing.

    Canon PIXMA G550

    Truly excellent 6 ink 'Tank' photo printer giving pretty much lab quality results. Yes 8 ink printers are marginally better, but the cost to change 8 inks are higher (the Canon Pixma G550 is about £80 for the 6 inks) CartridgePeople were first class, AND took the trouble to pack the Canon Paper I order in a box to prevent damage

    Excellent colour replication

    I'm no computer\printer buff, but I use photos as a reference for watercolour painting. My 4 cartridge Epson et2710 was doing a great job, but the colour replication was never great. I thought I'd buy this one as it has the two extra colours and tanks are SO MUCH cheaper. It exceeds my expectations, the quality of the photos are stunning. Now I'm a painter, not a photographer, so take that into consideration...but for me, it produces truly beautiful and highly accurate prints. I mainly print landscapes, but I did a test of two colourful photos (yellows and reds & blues greens and greys), they were incredibly close to the on-screen display. I would recommend it, it's incredibly good for a printer, especially at this price. Brilliant. Also, the cartridge people provided a smooth service and are the best value I could find...forget Amazon and the global corps...buy small.

    Canon Pixma G550 Printer.

    It workes graet on windows 10. I still us windows XP off inline, shame on driver for XP.
