Canon MAXIFY GX6050 A4 Colour Multifunction Inkjet Printer (Wireless)

Purchased this in May 2022 still going strong - real work horse Love it!

Have only been using it a few days, but very impressed with it so far. Set-up was pretty easy, and the ink fill was a breeze. Speed and quality of the prints are also very good.

Coupled with Cartridge People inks, cost per page competes with our larger multi-function devices and beats them in some cases!

Only had this printer for a couple of weeks but very satisfied good print quality.

We have been looking for a colour printer/scanner/copier that used refillable ink and we are highly delighted with this machine. The quality of the printing and scanning are good, it was easy to set up and will be much cheaper to run than our previous printer.

It's a great printer. Easy to use, fast, and cheap to run. It's a bit large, but only a very minor gripe. Quality excellent. Actually, I've always had Canon printers and they have lasted for ages, although I can't vouch for this one yet. Oh, and it arrived promptly.

Looked around for a higher capacity printer with low running costs and all reviews led here! Costs a bit more up front but cheap from now on. Works brilliantly so far esp the double sided printing which I wanted to have. Perfect for family and home office working. Price was by far the best around.

So far so good. Set up was pretty straightforward, as was filling the ink reservoirs. Couldn't mix up the ink colours and not a drop spilt. Printing, scanning and copying perfectly acceptable and photograph printing excellent.

Only had a few days but so far very (very) impressed. Setup is a breeze and honestly really cannot go wrong, Put the CD in your drive on computer and away you go, the display on the printer also gives instructions along with easy to follow videos on computer, takes you right through everything from filling of ink, loading paper, to connecting via WiFi, ethernet or USB. Filling ink is a doddle - each colour ink has the ends keyed in such a way you can only fill the right colour in the right tank. Only slight difficulty might be loading the app to your mobile if you want to print direct from phone, but I managed it and I am not very savy with mobile apps. Quality is very good for texts and printing off photos. Also I printed a photo and then scanned it and copied it and the prints from the scan and print were pretty much same as the original so very happy there. Speed is also something I was amazed at, scanning and printing are very fast. This is miles ahead of any previous printer I have owned. OK the printer is not exactly cheap (I paid £350) but compared to my old Epsom that for original ink cost around £90 to replace all 4 cartridges I estimate after the first 18 months I will have paid for the printer considering the cost of ink bottles compared to cartridges.

Only had this a few weeks but already feel like I’ve entered a new world of home printing excellence. Love how it looks and performs. Finding an economic printer / scanner that’s cheap to run and has automatic duplex printing wasn’t easy - but really glad I invested in this model.
