Excellent Label Printer

Purchased due to the merger between Royal Mail and Parcelforce. I wanted an ethernet capable label printer and this fitted the requirement. After reading some review's I was worried it would be difficult to set up but it was set up easily and with the "Auto Print" facility on the new Click& Drop portal I do not have to touch the printer except to load it with Cartridge People Labels. Cartridge People were excellent following up the purchase by phone to. Thank you for an excellent label printer.

Great printer

Amazing label printer. I got this to replace a previous smaller format brother label printer and a Zebra 4 x 6 printer. Quality from this is so much better than the Zebra and plenty of compatible label sizes for this one. Only downside is it needs to be connected to a laptop to get the wireless and air print working and installed. Fast service from Cartridge People with item arriving the next day

Great printer

THE Brother label printer supplied to electricains in Wellingborough Blandfords for parcel labels. Setup was easy and would recommend this printer

Effective and fast; but don’t know how to connect Bluetooth.

Good machine to help labeling process. Very fast and efficient. But still have problems how to connect Bluetooth. Brother customer support is not very helpful.

Set up issues

Great product but had problems with setup. The instructions are generic & basic. To get setup with wireless connection we had to refer to a YouTube video. Not ideal when these fairly simple items are generally very expensive. Once setup though it's a great product and good value considering its versatility. Would recommend
