The printer features a 3.8cm colour touchscreen that makes it very easy to use the device even when it is not connected to a computer. Users can print from memory cards, scan images to cards and Wi-Fi devices, and make copies with the stand-alone printer.

The touchscreen can also be used to select and print any of the different templates that come pre-installed, including graph paper and lists.

The printer can print photos at a vivid, bright 9600 by 2400dpi. It can print up to 8 pages per minute in monochrome and 5.5 pages per minute in colour. It can also print borderless images – a 10 by 15cm photo can be done in about 40 seconds.
